Earn Office of Public Instruction (OPI) Renewal Units through Montana State University Continuing Education courses, conferences, and workshops. OPI accepts the units as part of the re-certification requirements for practicing teachers.

What: Training sessions by experts in the field
Where/When: August 2025 at the University of Montana.
The Department of Public Administration and Policy offers a series of training and professional development opportunities, including our annual Public Service Academy tthrough one and half days on the University of Montana’s campus. Additionally, we serve as the host site for the Certified Public Managers Program to assist mid-to upper-level public sector managers use real-life issues and create solutions through a year-long cohort-based learning model. Our department also offers on-demand training for your professional development needs. Contact the MPA Director for more information.
